LexCodex.ai is an AI-driven legal analysis platform for Swedish, Norwegian and EU law. Yes. LexCodex.ai is hosted in Sweden under EU jurisdiction and GDPR-compliant. We provide a public DPA per Art. 28. Users can delete their account directly via /en/account (GDPR Art. 17 self-service). Contract texts and AI responses are never stored (Zero Data Retention).

Zero Data Retention means no contract texts, prompts or AI responses are stored on our servers after analysis. This applies also at our AI provider Anthropic via enterprise agreement. Only account data (email, name, password hash) is stored to allow you to log in.

No. LexCodex does not use your material for AI training, and Anthropic (our AI provider) does not either via our enterprise agreement with Zero Data Retention.

LexCodex is security tested against OWASP Top 10 (internal Tier 1 review 2026-05-03 — Mozilla Observatory B+, 0 critical/high) and has undergone academic security review Q2 2026. The platform is built to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 controls with certification targeted spring 2027.

LexCodex is hosted at Easywebbhotell in Sweden under EU jurisdiction. AI inference is via Anthropic Claude with EU routing where available. User data stays within EU/EEA. Operator: Nordicbysight, Sweden.

Email support@lexcodex.ai with a description of the issue, steps to reproduce, affected URL or endpoint and your contact details. We acknowledge the report within 2 business days and provide a remediation plan within 7 business days for confirmed issues.

LexCodex is classified as a limited-risk system per EU AI Act art. 6 (regulation (EU) 2024/1689). Classification was performed 2026-05-03 using our own AI Act audit tool. The platform meets Art. 50 transparency obligations: users are informed of AI interaction, AI-generated content is marked as such. See compliance roadmap.

Three protections:

1. Every legal claim is bound to a verified primary source.
2. The AI is instructed to prefer "I'm uncertain, please consult primary sources" over fabricating references.
3. Extended thinking allows the AI to reason in multiple steps before answering.
